继我们于2025年10月20日发出通知后，大厦管理处今早通知我们，如无未能预见情况发生，我司办公大楼因毗邻大厦（华懋大厦）于2025年10月18日（上周六）发生火灾所导致的设施损毁, 应可于2025年10月26日（即本周日）完成修复工程。

因此，我们的写字楼应能于下周一（即2025年10月27日）重启，员工也可如常上班。如此日期有变，我们将另行通知。

Many businesses mistakenly view Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) as a simple 12-month process, underestimating the complexities—especially for Hong Kong entities with investments or assets in Mainland China.

This seminar, led by experts Ms Frances Chan, Ms Tiffany Wong, and Mr Ansel Yip, will debunk common MVL misconceptions and address challenges related to Mainland-based assets, such as representative offices (ROs), WFOEs, joint ventures (JVs), properties, trademarks, and receivables. These factors can prolong timelines and complicate compliance.
