继我们于2025年10月20日发出通知后，大厦管理处今早通知我们，如无未能预见情况发生，我司办公大楼因毗邻大厦（华懋大厦）于2025年10月18日（上周六）发生火灾所导致的设施损毁, 应可于2025年10月26日（即本周日）完成修复工程。
因此，我们的写字楼应能于下周一（即2025年10月27日）重启，员工也可如常上班。如此日期有变，我们将另行通知。

- Practical issues for companies incorporated before the no-par value regime
- Alteration of share capital, including:

- increase of share capital without allotting and issuing new shares
- capitalization of profits, with or without allotting and issuing new shares
- issue of bonus shares with or without increasing share capital
